There are train tunnels, bridges and tons of scenary along the Cherry and Gauley rivers. It is an old railroad grade that has started to grow over... Great for beginners or families and also good for more advanced if you want to work on some speed.... theres rock climbing and whitewater rafting 30 min away.. can't beat the location!
go to mapquest and type in richwood WV :) when you get to the one stoplight in town take a right down to the old train depot building (currently a Magistrate Courtroom) thats the trail head.
